Recipe: Vegan Protein Pancakes

My favourite balanced breakfast that feels like a treat are these vegan protein pancakes. So simple and all you need is 5 ingredients and a blender. You can also make these gluten free by using gluten free oats.

Serves 2

Ingredients:

1 cup of oats

1 cup of plant based milk

2 scoops of protein powder

1 tbsp of flax seed

Half a banana (other half for topping)

Method:

Blend all ingredients together.

Cook on a medium heat pan with coconut oil.
